About Matthew
Matthew Khoury: Co-Founder of Santos Khoury LLC
He leads the firm's removal defense, detention, and immigration court practice: bond hearings, motions to terminate and reopen, cancellation of removal, and appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals, in immigration courts across the country, in person and by video.
Because he has lived what an immigration emergency does to a family, his approach is hands-on: a direct answer on the first call, a plan the same day, and honest expectations from start to finish.
How Matthew serves New York clients
Our attorneys are admitted in New York and appear at the New York City immigration courts at 26 Federal Plaza and Varick Street, in person and by video. We work daily with families from the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, China, Bangladesh, Pakistan, West Africa, the Caribbean, and the Middle East, in the languages they speak at home.
Watch the attorneys explain detention, court, and asylum on the video center.
